Your GripAble serial number starts with FLEX000 and is printed on the underside of the device. If you have multiple sensors, separate them with commas.

Common support questions
Each GripAble sensor has a serial number printed on the underside of the device, beginning with FLEX000. If you have multiple sensors, please include all of the serial numbers when you submit a support request so we can pull the right device records.
